  • 1/2 tsp black pepper (2.5g)
  • 1 tsp cumin (2g)
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder (1g)
  • 1 tsp paprika (2g)
  • Grated mozzarella cheese (to taste)

Instructions

Step 1: Preparing the Potato Base

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin, large slices.
  2. Season the potato slices with salt to taste.

Step 2: Baking the Potato Base

  1. Preheat your oven to 392°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese on it.
  3. Arrange the seasoned potato slices on the baking sheet, overlapping them slightly.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the potato slices and spread it evenly with a brush.
