Place the halved tangerines cut-side down on the sugared bottom of the dish. - Mix the batter
In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and 120 g sugar until light. Add the sunflower oil, tangerine juice, and grated zest. Mix well. - Add dry ingredients
