Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).
- In a bowl, soak 200g of oat flakes in 250g of milk for about 15 minutes.
- In another bowl, beat 3 eggs until well mixed.
- Mash 2 bananas and add them to the beaten eggs. Mix thoroughly.
- Grate 1 apple and add it to the banana and egg mixture. Sprinkle in some cinnamon for added flavor.
- Combine the soaked oat flakes with the banana, egg, and apple mixture. Stir until mixed.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan or baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for around 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
For serving, enjoy warm or at room temperature. Top with yogurt or whipped cream, pair with tea or coffee, or dust with powdered sugar.
