Mixing Ingredients
- In a deep plate, mix the toasted walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, oat flakes, and the chopped soaked apricots, cranberries, and raisins.
Blending
- Blend the soaked plums and dates into a smooth paste to serve as natural sweetener.
Combining
- Combine the blended fruit paste with the nut and seed mixture until everything is well mixed.
Shaping
- Form the mixture into a sausage-like roll and roll it in sesame seeds for a nice coating.
Freezing
- Place the rolled mixture in a freezer for about 2 hours to firm up.
Serving
- Once frozen, take the log out and slice it into bite-sized portions. Serve and enjoy your delicious energy bites!
Notes
