Preparation
- In a bowl, add 395g of condensed milk, 400g of sour cream, and the juice of 2 lemons.
- Mix everything well until smooth and set aside.
- Dip the cornstarch biscuits in milk briefly to soften them.
Assembly
- Create the first layer by arranging the dipped biscuits in a serving dish.
- Spread a layer of the cream mixture evenly over the biscuits.
- Repeat the process, alternating layers of biscuits and the cream mixture, until you run out of ingredients.
- For decoration, sprinkle grated lemon zest or crushed biscuits on top.
Chill
- Refrigerate for at least 40 minutes to set.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
Lemon Pavement can be served in individual portions or cut into squares. Garnish each serving with additional lemon zest or crushed biscuits. Pair it with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream for extra indulgence. Best enjoyed chilled.
