Ingredients
  

Cream Mixture
  • 395 grams 395 grams of condensed milk
  • 400 grams 400 grams of sour cream
  • 2 units 2 lemons Juice and zest needed
Biscuits Layer
  • 400 grams 400 grams of cornstarch biscuit Can substitute with other types of biscuits
For Decoration
  • to taste Grated lemon zest For garnishing

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, add 395g of condensed milk, 400g of sour cream, and the juice of 2 lemons.
  2. Mix everything well until smooth and set aside.
  3. Dip the cornstarch biscuits in milk briefly to soften them.
Assembly
  1. Create the first layer by arranging the dipped biscuits in a serving dish.
  2. Spread a layer of the cream mixture evenly over the biscuits.
  3. Repeat the process, alternating layers of biscuits and the cream mixture, until you run out of ingredients.
  4. For decoration, sprinkle grated lemon zest or crushed biscuits on top.
Chill
  1. Refrigerate for at least 40 minutes to set.
  2. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

Lemon Pavement can be served in individual portions or cut into squares. Garnish each serving with additional lemon zest or crushed biscuits. Pair it with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream for extra indulgence. Best enjoyed chilled.
