Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup raw honey 120 ml
  • 2 lemons Juice of 2 lemons about 60 ml
  • 1/2 cup fresh grated ginger about 50 grams
  • 1/2 cup fresh crushed garlic about 50 grams
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion about 80 grams
Optional Ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • a pinch black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup elderberry
  • 1 tablespoon astragalus
  • 1 teaspoon propolis

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by peeling and grating the ginger. Crush the garlic, chop the onion, and squeeze the lemons to get the juice.
Blending
  1. Place all prepared ingredients into a blender. If you’re using optional ingredients like turmeric or elderberry, add them in now too.
  2. Blend everything together until it forms a smooth, cream-like consistency. You might need to stop and scrape down the sides to make sure everything is well mixed.
Storage
  1. Transfer your immune remedy into an airtight jar. Make sure to close it tightly to keep it fresh.
  2. Store the jar in the refrigerator. This remedy can last for up to a month!
Dosage Instructions
  1. For everyday wellness, take 1 to 2 teaspoons each day, preferably on an empty stomach or before meals.
  2. If you are feeling under the weather, ramp it up to 1 teaspoon every 3 to 4 hours until you start to feel better.

Notes

Chill the remedy in the refrigerator to maintain freshness. Customize your blend by adjusting optional ingredients, and avoid heating above 40 degrees C (104 degrees F) to preserve beneficial properties.
