- Transfer your immune remedy into an airtight jar. Make sure to close it tightly to keep it fresh.
- Store the jar in the refrigerator. This remedy can last for up to a month!
Dosage Instructions
- For everyday wellness, take 1 to 2 teaspoons each day, preferably on an empty stomach or before meals.
- If you are feeling under the weather, ramp it up to 1 teaspoon every 3 to 4 hours until you start to feel better.
Notes
