Ingredients
  

Herbal Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon cloves About 8-10 whole cloves.
  • 2 pieces dried hibiscus flowers
  • 1 tablespoon kalonji seeds Also known as black seed.
  • 1 tablespoon fenugreek seeds
  • 2 tablespoons rosemary Fresh or dried.
  • 7-8 pieces curry leaves
  • 1 glass water About 240 ml.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a pot, preferably made of iron according to Ayurvedic tradition, add all the ingredients along with 1 glass of water.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
  3. Once boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. After simmering, remove the pot from the heat and allow the mixture to cool slightly.
  5. Use a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to filter the liquid, separating the herbs and seeds from the serum.
  6. Pour the filtered serum into a clean, dry spray bottle for easy application.
Application
  1. Evenly distribute the serum on your scalp and hair lengths, gently massaging it in using circular movements.
  2. Leave the serum on overnight and wash it out gently with a mild shampoo in the morning.

Notes

For optimal results, aim to use the serum 3 to 4 times a week. Consistency is key for achieving noticeable benefits. Adjust ingredients as needed, and store any leftover serum in a cool, dark place for up to a week.
