Preparation
- Preheat your oven to a moderate temperature of 180°C (350°F).
- In a food processor, combine peanuts, walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, and flaxseed. Pulse the mixture until it becomes coarse.
- Add the egg white and natural honey to your mixture. Blend again until everything is well combined, and you have a sticky dough.
- Using your hands, shape the dough into cookie-sized portions and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cookies turn golden brown and firm to touch.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet before enjoying.
Notes
