Preparation
- Grind 150 grams of oatmeal into a fine powder.
- Add 40 milliliters of water to the oatmeal powder to create a thick mixture.
- Incorporate 1 egg into the mixture and mix well until combined.
- Grease a baking pan with a small amount of oil, then spread the oatmeal mixture evenly over the entire pan to form the crust.
- Peel and core 800 grams of apples and cut them into small pieces.
- In a pan, simmer the apple pieces with a little water until they soften and become tender.
- Once the apples are cooked, add 50 grams of raisins, 1 tablespoon of natural honey, and a sprinkle of cinnamon to taste. Mix everything well, adjusting the sweetness to your preference.
- Pour the apple mixture evenly over the oatmeal crust.
Baking
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Bake the pie for approximately 35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the filling is set.
Serving
- Garnish the pie with slices of tangerine and a sprig of rosemary before serving.
- Serve with a hot cup of black tea for a delightful experience.
Notes
