Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a 15 cm x 15 cm (7 inch x 7 inch) brownie pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, egg, cocoa powder, and granular sweetener. Stir until smooth.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle chocolate chips on top if desired.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 22 to 30 minutes. Check at 22 minutes; they should reach a fudgy consistency at around 25 minutes.
- Allow the brownies to cool completely at room temperature before slicing.
Serving
- Serve warm with ice cream, dust with powdered sugar, or drizzle with chocolate sauce.
Notes
For better flavor, let the brownies sit in the fridge overnight before slicing. They can also be made with regular yogurt and experiment with different sweeteners.
