  • 1 package frozen puff pastry sheets (approximately 450g)
  • 1 wheel brie cheese, sliced into small cubes (about 225g)
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (125g)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. On a floured surface, roll out the thawed puff pastry sheets and cut them into squares, approximately 2 inches on each side.
  4. Place a cube of brie cheese in the center of each pastry square.
  5. Spoon a teaspoon of cranberry sauce over the brie in each square.
  6. Gently fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and press lightly to seal.
  7. Arrange the prepared bites on the lined baking sheet, leaving space between each.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and crispy.
  2. Once baked, let the bites cool slightly before serving.

Notes

These bites are best enjoyed warm. Garnish with fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme. Pair with a light salad or a charcuterie board.
