Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- On a floured surface, roll out the thawed puff pastry sheets and cut them into squares, approximately 2 inches on each side.
- Place a cube of brie cheese in the center of each pastry square.
- Spoon a teaspoon of cranberry sauce over the brie in each square.
- Gently fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and press lightly to seal.
- Arrange the prepared bites on the lined baking sheet, leaving space between each.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and crispy.
- Once baked, let the bites cool slightly before serving.
Notes
These bites are best enjoyed warm. Garnish with fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme. Pair with a light salad or a charcuterie board.
