  1. Add the cottage cheese, maple syrup, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend on high speed for about 60 seconds, or until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate using your preferred method (microwave or stovetop).
  4. Once fully melted, pour the chocolate into the blender and blend again until everything is well combined and silky smooth.
  5. Spoon the chocolate mousse into individual serving bowls or cups.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow it to set.
  7. Before serving, top with fresh berries or a dollop of whipped cream.
