  • 1 tablespoon Himalayan pink salt or kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons parsley flakes
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon lemon peel powder or dried lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional) Adjust for desired heat
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. If using whole rosemary leaves or coarse lemon zest, crush or grind them slightly to release their fragrant oils.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients. Mix thoroughly until well blended.
  3. Transfer your mixed seasoning to an airtight glass spice jar or container. Store it in a cool, dry pantry for optimal freshness.
  4. Shake before each use to ensure an even distribution of flavors!
