Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 1.5 cups coconut flour (150 g)
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 6 large eggs
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted (115 g)
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened almond milk (60 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener (optional, adjust to taste)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan to prevent sticking.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs. Add the melted butter and almond milk, mixing until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a smooth batter forms.
  5. If using sweetener, stir it in now until evenly distributed.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the bread is set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  2. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
  3. Once cooled, slice and enjoy as desired!

Notes

Store leftover bread in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze slices for longer storage. Experiment with herbs or spices for additional flavors.
