Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan to prevent sticking.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs. Add the melted butter and almond milk, mixing until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a smooth batter forms.
- If using sweetener, stir it in now until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly.
Baking
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the bread is set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Once cooled, slice and enjoy as desired!
Notes
Store leftover bread in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze slices for longer storage. Experiment with herbs or spices for additional flavors.
