  • 2 pieces ripe bananas (approx. 250 grams) Peeled and mashed
  • 2 tablespoons raisin (30 grams) Soaked in cold water for 15 minutes
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder (15 grams)
  • 2 pieces eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder (5 grams)
  • 1 cup oatmeal (about 90 grams)
  • 5 tablespoons yogurt (approx. 75 grams)
  • 1 piece apple (about 150 grams) Peeled and cut into small pieces
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds (10 grams)
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts (15 grams)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (2 grams)
  • 80 grams dark chocolate For the topping
  • 3 tablespoons hot fresh milk (around 45 ml)
  • Walnuts for sprinkling Use as desired

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Peel and mash the bananas in a bowl. Soak the raisins in cold water for 15 minutes, then drain them.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the banana puree with cocoa powder. Add eggs and mix thoroughly. Incorporate the baking powder until combined.
  3. Pour in the oatmeal and yogurt, then mix until well combined. Add the apple, soaked raisins, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, and cinnamon. Stir until smooth.
Baking
  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
  2. Pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with parchment paper and smooth it out evenly. Bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out dry.
  3. Once baked, let the cake cool completely before removing it from the pan and parchment paper.
Topping
  1. For the chocolate topping, break up the dark chocolate into a bowl, pour the hot milk over it, and stir until smooth.
  2. Drizzle the chocolate mixture over the cooled cake and sprinkle with additional walnuts. Cut into slices and serve.
