Preparation
- Peel and mash the bananas in a bowl. Soak the raisins in cold water for 15 minutes, then drain them.
- In a separate bowl, combine the banana puree with cocoa powder. Add eggs and mix thoroughly. Incorporate the baking powder until combined.
- Pour in the oatmeal and yogurt, then mix until well combined. Add the apple, soaked raisins, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, and cinnamon. Stir until smooth.
Baking
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with parchment paper and smooth it out evenly. Bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out dry.
- Once baked, let the cake cool completely before removing it from the pan and parchment paper.
Topping
- For the chocolate topping, break up the dark chocolate into a bowl, pour the hot milk over it, and stir until smooth.
- Drizzle the chocolate mixture over the cooled cake and sprinkle with additional walnuts. Cut into slices and serve.
