Preparation
- Boil the potatoes until tender, then drain, peel, and mash them while warm. Set aside to cool slightly.

- Spread the tomato sauce over the dough base. Add the sliced hearts of palm on top, followed by a generous layer of grated mozzarella cheese.
- Pour the remaining potato dough mixture over the filling, spreading it evenly to cover. Decorate with slices of Calabrese sausage and sliced tomato.
Baking
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 to 35 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes, garnish with green onions, then slice and serve warm.
