Preparation
- Line an ungreased 9X13-inch (23×33 cm) baking pan with foil, leaving an extension of foil on either end for easy removal.
 - Arrange 1 layer of club crackers in the foil-lined pan, cutting to fit if necessary.
 
Making the Base
- In a large saucepan, melt 1 cup (226g) butter over medium heat.
 - Add 2 cups (200g) graham cracker crumbs, 1 cup (220g) brown sugar, 1/2 cup (120ml) milk, and 1/3 cup (67g) sugar to the melted butter.
 - Bring the mixture to a boil and boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
 - Remove the saucepan from heat and spread half of the butter mixture evenly over the layer of crackers in the pan.
 - Place another single layer of club crackers evenly over the butter mixture, cutting to fit if necessary.
 - Spread the remaining half of the butter mixture evenly over this second layer of crackers.
 - Top evenly with the remaining club crackers.
 
Making the Topping
- In a small saucepan (or in the microwave), combine 2/3 cup (160g) creamy peanut butter, 1/2 cup (90g) semisweet chocolate morsels, and 1/2 cup (90g) butterscotch morsels.
 - Melt the mixture over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
 - Spread the melted mixture evenly over the top layer of crackers.
 
Chilling and Serving
- Cover the pan and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
 - Once chilled, lift the foil overhang to remove bars from the pan.
 - Cut into bars and store in the refrigerator.
