  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For sautéing the chicken.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Season the chicken generously.
For the Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha Adjust to taste for spiciness.
  • 1 tablespoon honey Add more for sweetness if desired.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

Method
 

Cooking Rice
  1. Cook your rice according to the package instructions. Set it aside once ready.
Preparing Chicken
  1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Cooking Chicken
  1. Add chicken pieces to the skillet; sauté for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Making the Sauce
  1. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, garlic powder, and lime juice.
  2. Taste and adjust the sauce ingredients to your preference.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Once the chicken is cooked, toss in the mixed veggies and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until tender.
  2. Remove from heat and pour the sauce over the chicken and veggies, stirring to coat everything evenly.
  3. Serve the Bang Bang Chicken over rice and garnish as desired.

Notes

You can customize the bowl with different proteins like shrimp or tofu and adjust the sauce to fit your taste. The sauce can be made ahead of time for flavor development.
