Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Grease a rectangular baking dish measuring 22 x 12 centimeters (approximately 8.5 x 4.7 inches) with a little oil.
- In a deep bowl, beat the 3 eggs with a pinch of salt and the vanilla powder until well combined.
- Add 8 tablespoons of sugar to the egg mixture and beat until creamy and doubled in volume.
- Gradually add 8 tablespoons of oil, stirring constantly until the mixture is uniform.
- Incorporate 8 tablespoons of fresh milk and 8 tablespoons of yogurt, continuing to beat until well combined.
- Sift the 8 tablespoons of flour and 1 tablespoon of baking powder together, then fold this mixture into the wet ingredients using a spatula or spoon until smooth.
- Divide the batter into two equal parts. To one part, add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder and 2 tablespoons of fresh milk, mixing well.
- In the prepared baking dish, alternately pour a portion of the light batter followed by the same amount of dark batter. Repeat this process until all batter is used.
Baking

- Allow the cake to cool, then carefully remove it from the tin.
- Dust with powdered sugar, cut into slices, and serve.
