  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil
  • 120g (½ cup) butter
  • 100g (1 cup) cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon (2.5g) dried garlic
  • ½ teaspoon (2.5g) salt
  • ½ teaspoon (2.5g) black pepper

Egg Wash and Sauce

  • 1 egg + ½ teaspoon salt + 1 teaspoon sugar (for egg wash)
  • 2 pickled cucumbers, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste
