- Peel of 1 lemon

- 1 vanilla powder (1 tsp)
- 300g flour (2 1/2 cups)
- 50g chocolate (1.75 oz)
More:
- 1 egg yolk
- A few drops of fresh milk
- Slivered almonds, optional
Method of Preparation
Prepare the Cream:
- Beat the egg together with the sugar in a suitable container until well combined.
- Add the cornstarch, pour in a little cold milk, and mix until smooth.
- Gradually add the rest of the milk, mixing until the mixture is smooth and lump-free.
