  3. Roll the dough into 16 balls.
  4. Make the chocolate coating by combining chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat until smooth.
  5. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate.
  6. Place the balls in the fridge for 10 minutes until hardened.
