- 1 cup THM Baking Blend (about 120g)
- 2 teaspoons baking powder (about 10g)
- 4 eggs (beaten)
- 1/2 cup melted butter (about 115g)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (reserve 2 tablespoons for garnishing) (about 100g)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (about 2g)
- 3/4 teaspoon salt (about 4g)
- Parsley for garnishing

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Prepare a 9-inch deep pie plate or a 10-inch quiche pan by spraying it lightly with Pam butter spray. Set aside.
