- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 large eggs
- 120 ml milk
- 100 g grated Cheddar cheese
- 50-60 g grated Pepper Jack or Monterey Jack
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped coriander or parsley (optional)
Directions:
