Ingredients:
- 130 gr of powdered sugar (1 cup)
- 50 gr of flour (1/3 cup)
- 50 gr of almond powder (1/2 cup)

- 1 level teaspoon of baking powder
- 4 egg whites
- 70 gr of butter (5 tablespoons)
- 15 beautiful raspberries

Melt the butter in a saucepan until it turns hazelnut brown. Put it in a bowl and let it cool. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). In a bowl, put the flour, baking powder, powdered sugar, almond powder, and vanilla bean seeds. Pour in the un-whisked egg whites and mix well until you have a smooth paste. Add the hazelnut butter and mix. Fill financier molds (or muffin tins) 3⁄4 full and add a raspberry (upside down) to the center of each, pressing it down slightly. Bake for 20 minutes.
