  • 7-8 pcs potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 12 cloves garlic
  • 50 g butter

Directions :

  1. Wash the potatoes, peel them, rinse again with water, and cut them into strips.

  6. For the filling, break the eggs into a deep bowl and beat lightly with a whisk or fork.
  7. Pour the milk into the eggs, add a little salt, and beat the mixture lightly.
  8. Pour the egg-milk mixture over the potatoes and minced meat.
  9. Sprinkle the casserole with chopped herbs and place pieces of butter on the surface.
  10. Cover the pan with a lid, reduce the heat to minimum, and cook for 20-25 minutes or until the omelette mixture is well set.
  11. Turn off the heat and leave the casserole to sit for another 10 minutes.
  12. Cut the finished casserole into portions and serve sprinkled with fresh herbs.
