  • 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream (60 ml)
  • 1/2 cup Beef Broth (120 ml)
  • 1 Can Cream Of Mushroom Soup (10.5 oz or 300 g)
  • 5 Potatoes Peeled And Thinly Sliced (about 1 kg)
  • 1 1/2 cup Shredded Cheese (170 g)
  • Salt And Pepper To Taste

Directions:

Heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) and grease a 9 x 13 baking dish well.
