Preparation
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
- Grease a 23cm (9-inch) springform pan and line with parchment paper.
- Mash bananas until completely smooth.
- Whisk together eggs, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
Mixing and Assembly
- Combine oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, stirring until well combined.
- Gently fold in berries and chopped almonds, reserving some for topping.
- Pour batter into prepared pan, smoothing the top.
