Ingredients:

3/4 cup beef broth (180 milliliters)
2 pounds Russet potatoes, thinly sliced (900 grams)
2 carrots, peeled and cut into chunks (150 grams)
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup (300 grams)

Turn Instant Pot to sauté setting. When the display says HOT, add in the beef and break it up. Add in the onion and celery. Brown for 5 minutes. Drain off excess grease. Stir in the salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Pour in the broth and scrape the bottom of the pot so that nothing is sticking. Turn off the Instant Pot. Layer in the potatoes and carrots, then spoon the soup over the top. Cover the Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure the valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button to 2 minutes. When time is up, move the valve to venting and remove the lid. Gently stir. Serve and enjoy.

Add the beef to the slow cooker. Layer the potatoes and carrots over the top. In a bowl, whisk together the broth and the cream soup. Pour it evenly over the top of the potatoes.
