- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- Prepare the puff pastry base
Roll out the puff pastry on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Shape it into a ring, leaving the center empty if desired for presentation. - Prepare the meat filling
In a bowl, mix the ground beef with 1 egg yolk, paprika, ground black pepper, salt, and finely chopped 1/2 onion. Mix well until combined. - Assemble and pre-bake
Spread the beef mixture evenly over the puff pastry ring. Brush the exposed pastry with egg yolk. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes. - Prepare the mushroom mixture
