Directions:

  1. Wash the zucchini and cut them lengthwise into two halves. Remove the pulp, leaving walls 7-10 mm thick.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the zucchini on both sides until lightly browned. Add water, cover, and cook until almost soft (10-15 minutes).
  3. Place zucchini in a baking dish.
  4. Prepare the filling: Cut chicken fillet into small cubes. Cut zucchini pulp, pepper, and tomato into small cubes. Finely chop onion and garlic.
  5. In a frying pan with butter and oil, fry chicken over high heat until browned; let the juices evaporate.
  6. In the same pan, fry onion, then add bell pepper and zucchini pulp, cooking for 3-5 minutes. Combine chicken with these vegetables and add tomatoes, greens, garlic, salt, pepper, and sugar.
  7. Prepare sauce by mixing cream and tomato sauce or ketchup.
  8. Fill the zucchini with the filling, pour over the sauce, and sprinkle cheese on top.
  9. Bake at 180°C for 30-40 minutes until zucchini is tender. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
